Hale Cook is a Regional Sales Director with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University where he studied Economics, Hale spent 11 years working for a multifamily owner/manager, specializing in acquisitions and asset management. This hands-on experience gave him deep insight into the unique challenges property owners face, which now informs his approach to risk management and insurance solutions. Known for building lasting relationships, Hale combines his real estate expertise with a consultative, client-focused approach.

Outside of work, Hale enjoys staying active, whether he’s on the ice playing hockey, hitting the slopes for a ski trip, or competing on the tennis court. Originally from New Jersey but having lived all over the country, he’s developed an appreciation for trying new foods and experimenting in the kitchen. He lives with his wife and son, who keep him entertained when he’s not helping clients protect their assets.
