Since joining RLL in 2014 as the Regional Sales Director for the Western Region, Julie has been instrumental in driving nationwide growth, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering tailored risk management solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure insurance compliance across the multifamily housing industry.

With over two decades of experience in insurance and sales leadership, Julie brings a dynamic, client-focused approach to every engagement. Prior to RLL, she successfully led a property and casualty insurance agency in Utah, earning both regional and national recognition for performance. Earlier in her career, she honed her commitment to excellence and service at a five-star, five-diamond resort in Aspen, Colorado, an experience that sparked her lifelong appreciation for hospitality, fine dining, and exceptional service.

A proud University of Florida graduate, Julie eventually made her way west and fell in love with the mountain lifestyle. Now based in Park City, Utah, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and biking with her family.
