Kari Forsberg is the Director of Compliance and Underwriting at RLL, where she leads efforts to ensure client lease agreements align with RLL program requirements. She collaborates closely with policy and legal teams to maintain regulatory compliance across multiple states and also oversees the company’s underwriting team.

Since joining RLL in 2008, she has played an integral role in the company’s evolution, contributing to its growth as a trailblazer in the tenant legal liability space. Her professional background includes prior experience in accounting with Price Waterhouse and Daines Goodwin.

Kari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. She deeply admires the wisdom of Maya Angelou, often reflecting on two of her favorite quotes: “Nothing will work unless you do” and “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family especially traveling, fly fishing, hiking, and running the Green River. Her personal interests also include reading, running, and playing the flute. Favorite pastimes include watching The Mentalist and revisiting the classic novel Rebecca.
