Marcelus Barrus is the Developer Lead at RLL, where he oversees the multi-national development team to deliver innovative solutions. His knack for streamlining processes has driven multiple successful deliverables.

Outside of work, Marcellus is an avid Jeep and geocaching enthusiast, often found exploring the back country on weekends using multi-million-dollar satellites to find hidden Tupperware in the woods.

Marcellus lives by the motto, “Progress, not perfection,” which fuels his approach to both work and life. If he weren’t a software engineer, he’d be an outdoor survivalist, mastering the art of thriving in the wilderness with minimal resources. His favorite movie, Star Wars, inspires him to embrace adventure, stand up for what’s right, and explore the unknown.
