Maria Colessides brings a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and operations to her role at RLL. After earning her degree in Psychology from St. Edward’s University (cum laude) and completing a Culinary Arts program at the Art Institute of Houston (with honors), she spent several years managing restaurants and planning events in Houston—including helping launch the renowned Hotel ZaZa in the Museum District.

Maria joined Renters Legal Liability in Salt Lake City, later relocating to Austin while continuing with the company. As RLL expanded, she recognized the need for a scalable, client-friendly training solution. She led the development of RLL’s online training platform and authored its core onboarding and support materials—ensuring every client and onsite team receives a clear, consistent introduction to the program.

She continues to lead RLL’s training initiatives with a focus on simplicity, effectiveness, and client success.

Outside the Office:
Maria is an avid traveler, passionate home chef, and lifelong football fan. She enjoys gardening, exploring new food and wine experiences, and the occasional karaoke night. A few of her favorites:
