Mattie is Director of Claims and has been with RLL since 2017. She oversees every claim filed, helping ensure a smooth process from start to finish. She loves developing close relationships with customers and values our tight-knit group of clients and agency partners.

Mattie has a B.A. in elementary education and enjoys anything outdoorsy (mostly skiing). She also loves cooking, reading, spending time with family, and attending an excessive amount of her four kids’ extracurricular activities.
