Mattie has served in several roles at RLL since 2017. She started as a copy editor, which later morphed into account management, where she enjoyed developing tight-knit relationships with customers and agency partners. In 2020, she transitioned to Director of Claims. Under her leadership, the claim process was streamlined to create a white glove operation, with personalized service for every customer. She has played an integral role in enhancing the RLL experience, helping to ensure that RLL is well known for its customer-first priority.

Mattie’s enthusiasm for the RLL program is evident in her depth of knowledge for all the moving parts. She is passionate about ensuring a redundancy-free experience for customers and colleagues, and loves guiding initiatives from the seed of an idea to full implementation. She remains equally passionate about maintaining close relationships with every contact, from the leasing office to the corner office.

Mattie holds a B.A. in elementary education and enjoys doing anything outdoorsy with her husband (mainly skiing, boating, and backpacking). She also loves new restaurants and recipes, live concerts, audiobooks, family time, and her four kids’ excessive extracurricular activities.

Her dream job would be to own a specialty food store, and her hidden talent is curating the perfect playlist for every mood.
