Peter McNeil is a Customer Success Representative at RLL, where he supports client onboarding, retention, and day-to-day account management. He works directly with property management partners to ensure program compliance and smooth operations—always bringing a helpful attitude and quick solutions.
Peter earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. He began his career at RT Specialty in Property and Casualty insurance, later transitioning into insurance sales, where he honed his strengths in communication and customer service.
At RLL, Peter is known for his energy, curiosity, and ability to build meaningful client relationships. He’s especially passionate about the multifamily housing industry and believes that housing impacts extend far beyond the unit—bringing a mission-driven mindset to every conversation.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys golfing, water skiing, and family picnics (In-N-Out burgers are non-negotiable). He and his wife regularly volunteer at a local retirement home, delivering meals and sharing stories. A fan of travel, Peter counts a golf trip to Bandon Dunes and a family journey to Taiwan among his favorite memories.
His favorite quote comes from Winston Churchill: “Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” If he weren’t in insurance, Peter would be hosting The Great British Bake Off. Just ask him about that time he had to be helicopter-evacuated from the Grand Canyon—for being too hydrated.
