Steve Errico is a dedicated technology leader who heads RLL’s IT department, guiding a skilled team to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business needs. Raised in Silicon Valley, California, Steve studied business and finance at the University of San Francisco, where he was recognized with Phi Eta Sigma honors and was an active member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

During his tenure as a Technology Partner at PwC, Steve led large-scale software development projects for Fortune 100 companies. He developed Transition Engineering, a proprietary methodology that ensures improved integration during complex development initiatives. Steve also holds patents in biometric authentication and document rights-authentication, reflecting his contributions to the tech industry.

With extensive Big 4 consulting experience, Steve excels at aligning technology with strategic business objectives and is passionate about mentoring IT professionals to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and boating with his wife, Sandy, in Charleston’s scenic tidal creeks and perfecting his barbecue, slow-smoking brisket or ribs. Steve is a proud father of three daughters and a devoted grandfather to three grandchildren.
