Vivi Papaderos is the head of Customer Success at RLL, where she leads client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing account support. She works closely with property management teams to ensure compliance, streamline communication, and keep clients happy and engaged.

Vivi began her insurance journey early—working as a Quote Representative for companies like State Farm, Farmers, and Bear River throughout high school and college. She earned her BA from the University of Utah and later completed a Master’s in Strategic Communications at Westminster College.

With a background in both insurance and hospitality (thanks to her family’s restaurant business), Vivi brings warmth, humor, and precision to every client interaction. Her ability to connect with people and build trust makes her an invaluable bridge between teams and clients.

When she’s not keeping operations on track, Vivi’s usually exploring new corners of the world. She loves oceanside escapes, spicy food, and iced coffee—often accompanied by a good murder podcast. Her passport tells a love story too: she met her husband in Amsterdam and was proposed to in India.

Vivi’s favorite books include The Alchemist and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, and she’s a devoted fan of The Golden Girls and Abbott Elementary. Her dream job? Professional globe-trotter—sampling coffee, meeting new people, and collecting stories along the way.
